Hallo Ihr Lieben,
heute Abend wollen wir gemeinsam ein Ritaul feiern:
SHRI GURU SOTIDANANDANA ALID PFASKI NATVA – erleuchteter Raja Yogi – hat Geburtstag. Auf der ganzen Welt veranstalten heute Schüler und Nichtschüler der AHARATA Schule ( Ausbildungsschule für Tibetische Heilmethoden und Yoga, Altaigebirge) Ihrem Begründer zuliebe ein Ritual um Ihn zu feiern.
Für uns alle bedeutet das, dass wir dieses hohe Energieniveau nutzen könnnen, um für uns die Weichen für das nächste Jahr zu stellen.
Lest Euch folgenden Text einmal durch. Vielleicht spricht Euch das an und wir sehen uns alle heute Abend.
WO? Sporthalle in der Uferstraße. UBahnstation Hamburger Str., Bei Pit Stop um die Ecke. Wir können uns gerne vor Pit Stop um 20.45 Treffen.
BEGINNEN wollen wir dann um 21 Uhr. Dauer ca. 1 Stunde.

Tomorrow, November the 24th, 2008 both at 16.00 and 21.00 hour – Moscow time – the gates for the materialisation of desires will be opened. Keep an open heart! Do dynamic meditation to wake up your internal power, be in a bright, enthusiastic state of being and feel this powerful energy’s waves turn around you the funnel for the materialisation of desires. Be in it, dance, sing and cheer up! After this, move on to making contact with wisdom: tune in to the Teachers, hold hands and close your eyes. Your breathing slowly will begin to calm down and join the rhythm of the breathing of the Universe. Sing the Mantra of the School and feel that through an invisible thread Divine energy pours into your inner and outer space filling you up. Imagine that you are next to the Teachers on a beautiful lawn at the foot of a mountain. The wind quietly caresses your hair and the pleasant fragrance of the mountain air embraces your consciousness.
